Ayurveda with Claudia Batschari

Client Reflections

I had a wonderful Fascia & Tension Release in Tharien’s peaceful and beautifully decorated space and melted away under her soothing hands and carefully selected oils.

Tharien has been coaching me to embrace mindfulness and incorporate yoga, meditation etc into my life. She is a wonderful coach, empathetic and insightful. Her massage and yoga sessions always leave me feeling like my anxiety has vanished and I am in an oasis of calm and positivity.

Josie Hill*****

Tharien of Mindful Motion stepped into my life when I was at my lowest mentally & physically. She put me on a healing program which included expert professional advice on self love, diet and various Ayurvedic supplements and gave me the most wonderful therapy, inclusive of an incredible Abhyanga massage. I highly recommend Tharien for expert assistance on your wellness journey.
