An Ayurvedic immersion for nervous system support & mindful nutrition.
Join Tharien for a restorative morning of connection and slow cooking. This immersion blends the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda with practical tools to support your nervous system.
We begin by easing into the day with gentle movement and breathwork, chosen to soothe the vagus nerve, lower cortisol levels, and cultivate a sense of safety in the body.
You will learn how to identify your unique Dosha (Vata, Pitta, or Kapha) and recognise subtle signs of imbalance. We’ll explore how early sensations, such as digestive changes or restless thoughts, can act as signals for care.
We’ll also explore grounding herbal tonics and adaptogens that help calm the nervous system and support you through stressful days.
Together, we will prepare a seasonal, grounding Ayurvedic meal. This hands-on cooking experience focuses on digestion to improve nutrient absorption, strengthen immunity, and restore vital energy.
You’ll leave with personalised tools, recipes, and insights to support your nervous system in an overstimulated world.
Recipes will be shared via email.
